Step 3: Google Access

Let’s Set You Up on Google

To run search campaigns and make sure your business shows up properly, we’ll need access to your Google Ads account and your Google Business Profile. Watch the video above for a full walkthrough, then follow the steps below.

✅ If You Already Have Google Ads & Business Manager:

1. Google Ads Access

  • Go to ads.google.com
  • Click the Tools icon (top right) → Access and security
  • Click + Add user
  • Invite: [Insert Your Email Here]
  • Choose Admin access

2. Google Business Profile Access

  • Go to business.google.com
  • Choose your business
  • Click “Users” (left menu)
  • Click “Add”
  • Invite: [Insert Your Email Here]
  • Choose Manager or Owner

🆕 If You Don’t Have a Google Ads Account or Business Profile Yet:

1. Set Up Google Ads

  • Visit ads.google.com
  • Click “Start now”
  • Choose Switch to Expert Mode
  • Click Create an account without a campaign
  • Follow prompts, then send us access (see above)

2. Set Up Google Business Profile

  • Visit google.com/business
  • Click “Manage now”
  • Search your business name or create a new one
  • Add your business info: address, phone, website, service areas, etc.
  • Complete the verification process
  • Then add us as a Manager (see above)
